Terms of Use

Updated: 31 October 2026

Русская версия

The 31 October 2026 update adds a clarification about the server-side product statistics described in our Privacy Policy; it does not create consent to optional processing. For existing accounts, changes requiring advance notice or renewed agreement apply only after those requirements have been met. Publication alone does not replace them. Previous Terms.

1. Operator and agreement

MorphTrack (Morph) is operated by Raisat Ramazanova, an individual developer based in Serbia. Contact: morphtrack.app@gmail.com. MorphTrack is a trade name, not a separate company.

These Terms govern your use of the service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use it. Acceptance of these Terms is not consent to optional processing of health data; privacy choices are explained in the Privacy Policy and Health Data Policy.

2. Adults and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share your account.

Age confirmation is a declaration, not a medical or identity assessment. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may restrict it and address its data under applicable law.

3. What the service provides

MorphTrack is a personal photo journal: you can store and compare photos, organise trackers, log routine factors and request AI observations of visible differences. Some features require payment; availability and limits are shown in the app.

The service does not guarantee a particular appearance, health outcome, improvement or accuracy. Lighting, angle, clothing and gaps between photos can affect observations.

4. AI and health limitations

AI observations are not medical advice, diagnosis, screening or treatment. The service is intended for nonmedical visual tracking, not detecting disease, assessing a lesion’s safety or deciding whether professional care is needed.

AI can be incomplete or wrong. A comparison does not establish that a product, habit or treatment caused a change. Do not start, stop or change treatment based on an analysis. Seek qualified care for health concerns regardless of what the app says; do not use the app for emergencies.

You choose whether to enable AI sharing and request an analysis. Details of data sent to the provider are in the Privacy Policy.

5. Your content and permitted use

You keep your rights in uploaded content. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, resize and process it as needed to provide and secure the features you use, including AI processing you separately enable and request. This is not permission to sell your photos, use them in advertising or train models on them.

Upload only your own content or content of another adult for which you have the necessary rights and informed permission. Do not upload photos or health information about children. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, pornographic or sexually explicit material. Nonsexual photos of skin/body areas for personal tracking are permitted.

Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, extract other users’ data, misuse AI, or evade payment/usage limits. Restrictions on reverse engineering and automated access apply only to the extent permitted by law; they do not remove non-waivable rights.

We may restrict or remove violating content. Save a copy of anything you need to retain; see the deletion procedure before deleting content.

6. App and store licences

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the app, subject to these Terms and applicable store terms. We and our licensors retain rights in the app’s software, design and branding.

For an App Store download, the licence shown by Apple applies; where no custom EULA is provided, this is Apple’s standard EULA. Google Play downloads also remain subject to applicable Google Play terms. These service Terms do not replace the store’s purchase or licence conditions or exclude mandatory rights.

7. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Where offered, subscriptions renew automatically. The store purchase screen shows the price, currency, billing period, trial/introductory conditions and renewal terms before purchase.

8. Privacy and deletion

Our Privacy Policy and Health Data Policy explain processing, providers, locations, retention and choices. Core app storage is in Germany; some processing occurs elsewhere.

To improve the app, internal statistics use account-linked activity, dates, counts and statuses of photos, trackers, factors, analyses and subscriptions, including tracker and factor names.

You can delete your account in the app or request deletion by email without installing it. Account deletion is permanent. Deleting a photo does not automatically delete an analysis based on it. Provider records and lawful retention exceptions are explained in the deletion procedure.

9. Restrictions, changes and ending the service

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for a material breach, security, abuse prevention or compliance with law. Where practical and lawful, we explain the reason and provide a way to contact us to challenge or resolve it.

If we discontinue the service or materially reduce paid functionality, we provide reasonable notice where possible so you can retrieve content and manage your subscription. Refunds and other remedies remain governed by applicable law and store conditions; a suspension does not automatically eliminate statutory rights.

We will notify you of material changes to these Terms before they take effect, state the effective date and obtain any legally required agreement. You may stop using the service, cancel renewal and request deletion if you do not accept the change.

10. Responsibility and mandatory rights

We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free AI or suitability for medical decisions. You remain responsible for your use of observations.

To the extent law permits, we exclude implied warranties beyond those required by law and liability for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory remedies for faulty digital services remain available.

11. Law and contact

Serbian law governs these Terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or courts available under the law of their residence. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these Terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
